CONDITIONAL PLANT WARRANTY
If a plant dies within 12 months of purchase Valley View Nursery will issue a 50% store credit (no refunds) for the purchase price of the plant.
Containerized and balled & burlapped plants are guaranteed to thrive, providing proper planting and watering procedures have been followed.
Bare root plants are guaranteed to break dormancy. Bring any warranty issue on this type of stock to our attention prior to june 15th. (Bare root plants are sold between January and April). Please return plant for inspection within 6 months of purchase.
A receipt is usually not necessary as we maintain records of your purchases.
Exclusions:
Plants affected by adverse weather conditions (including drought and unusual freezing), improper care, or physical damaged after purchase are not covered.
